Activities to complete given your profile and phase

  • 1. Define an organizational structure, overall qualification requirements and generic job descriptions for NPP personnel
  • 2. Develop clear HRD plans to guarantee the capability to safely operate and maintain the plant as an Intelligent Customer
  • 3. Implement early the staff required to prepare for contract negotiation, review site assesment, implement regulations codes and standards
  • 4. Begin staff training to create a safety and security culture
  • 5. Identify how the human resources for the NPP will be sourced, developed and trained in the following phases
  • 6. Own expertise in systematic approach to training (SAT) to develop and conduct training programmes
  • 7. Developp and implement the process for authorisation / licensing of the personnel
  • 8. Cooperate with other stakeholders to ensure Global HR needs are addressed
